This 3d wire bending machine is our newest product. We improved our technology. The 3d wire bending machine is more flexible and smaller. It can deal with iron wire 2-8mm and it can deal with steel wire 2-6mm. The speed of the 3d wire bending machine is much faster. The max feeding speed can be 1m/ second. The turning arm is more flexible. It can turn 360° freely.
The frame and body of 3d wire bending machine adopts cabin type keel structure, which is welded by square steel tube and arc steel plate, and processed as a whole after eliminating stree to ensure that the equipment has enough strength, stiffness and stability. It is equipped with four adjustable height foot cups.
The nesessary surface treatment, such as electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburizing and electrostatic spraying, shall be carried out on the parts of the 3d wire bending machine according to the actual working conditions and working environment, so as to meet the sufficient strength and surface function of the parts.
